Vail Resorts announces dining and culinary upgrades for 2026-27 season
Vail Resorts has announced its largest investment in food to date as part of the Epic Experience initiative, set to debut at 15 resorts for the 2026-27 season. The company plans to revamp popular quick-service items, including burgers, pizza, chili, and macaroni and cheese, by using higher-quality ingredients and enhanced recipes.
Key locations such as Park City Mountain, Whistler Blackcomb, Vail Mountain, and Breckenridge will see unique culinary additions. For example, Whistler Blackcomb will introduce luxury alpine dining options, including a caviar and champagne experience at Steeps and an outdoor ice bar at Christine’s on Blackcomb. Park City Mountain will feature a traveling S’mores Sleigh and an expanded Peak to Plate Dining and Skiing Experience.
To improve guest service, the company is implementing new technology and practices aimed at reducing wait times and increasing seating capacity. While food quality is increasing, the company noted that price adjustments will account for regular inflation.
