Vakıf GYO completes VSancaktepe Merkez project in Istanbul

Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (Vakıf GYO) has completed its VSancaktepe Merkez project in Istanbul and has begun delivering units to owners. The eco-friendly development spans 17,518 square meters and consists of 312 residential units and 20 commercial spaces.

Since its launch, the project has achieved a 60% sales rate. During the delivery ceremony, which included VakıfBank General Manager Osman Arslan, officials highlighted the project's horizontal architecture and its contribution to the region's urban transformation and high-quality building stock.
