Turkish financial institutions and companies report Q2 2026 results
Several Turkish companies and financial institutions have released their second-quarter 2026 financial results and strategic updates.
VakıfBank reported a significant increase in assets, reaching 5.8 trillion TL, with a net profit of 30 billion TL for the first half of the year. The bank also noted providing 4.3 trillion TL in total credit support to the economy. Similarly, Vakıf Katılım announced a net profit of 5.2 billion TL for the second quarter, with assets growing to 922.4 billion TL.
Halkbank exceeded market expectations with a second-quarter net profit of 8.2 billion TL, up 31.5% compared to the same period last year. Following these results, brokerage firms have issued varying target prices ranging from 32.5 TL to 100 TL.
In the industrial and retail sectors, Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikaları released its Q2 results, prompting analysts to set target prices between 791.54 TL and 828.42 TL. Additionally, Çitlekçi Mağazacılık Gıda AŞ has announced its initial public offering (IPO) process, with demand collection scheduled for August 10–12, 2026, at a price of 73.70 TL per share.
