Valaliky Strategic Park receives new bus and train connections

Public transport accessibility to the Valaliky Strategic Park has been expanded through new bus and train connections. Four new bus lines (V1 to V4) now link the park with various districts of Košice, including Sever, Ťahanovce, Dargovskí hrdinov, and KVP.

In addition to the bus services, Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko has introduced new train connections between Košice and the newly built Valaliky Terminal station, as well as routes on the Rožňava – Haniska pri Košiciach – Košice line. Regional shuttle buses provide further connectivity between the railway stations and the strategic park. These improvements are part of the integrated transport system in eastern Slovakia (IDS Východ), allowing passengers to use single tickets for both rail and regional bus travel.
