Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines announced

New premium Prosecco offerings have been introduced from the Valdobbiadene region of Italy.

Ruggeri Revén has released the Revén Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut 2025. This spumante is produced using 85% Glera grapes and 15% other local white varieties. The production involves a specialized method featuring slow fermentation in small autoclaves and a lees aging period of at least six months to achieve greater complexity.

GABE Tenute is presenting Alabastro, a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Brut. Produced in the UNESCO World Heritage Prosecco Hills, the wine is made from Glera grapes hand-harvested in late September from clay, sandstone, and moraine soils. The product is positioned as a refined option for the 2026 holiday season.
