Vale to host recruitment event in Ouro Preto for 100+ jobs

Vale is hosting a ‘Balcão de Oportunidades’ (Opportunity Counter) in Ouro Preto to fill more than 100 job openings for the Complexo Mariana. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the ACEOP Ouro Preto headquarters, located at Rua São José, 132, in the city center.

The recruitment drive includes the possibility of in-person interviews. Available positions cover various operational mining roles, specifically equipment and installation operators, mechanics, electricians, and welders. The company is also offering affirmative action vacancies specifically for women to support its diversity policies.

To be eligible, candidates must be at least 18 years old, have completed high school or technical education, and reside in Ouro Preto or the surrounding region. Applicants are required to present an updated digital resume. Those unable to attend the event in person can still apply and view requirements through Vale’s official career portal.
