Valencia advances La Fe protected-housing project as Estepona opens Pain Management Unit amid 270-home, 100M investment

Valencia plans to complete urbanization around the La Fe area, delivering 244 new protected homes. The project will improve access and connections and enable new residential land with a 5 million euro investment in the southern Malilla area.

In Estepona, Vithas Estepona creates a new Pain Management Unit to treat chronic pathologies with advanced technology, applying minimally invasive techniques and a multidisciplinary approach tailored to each patient. Separately, a Costa del Sol development includes a promotion of 270 homes with a 100 million euro investment.
