Valencia and Castellon announce traffic disruptions for weekend races

Valencia will implement significant traffic restrictions and bus route changes this weekend to host the second edition of the Carrera por la Solidaridad on Sunday, November 8. The event will affect the Mestalla neighborhood, with parking prohibited on Paseo de la Alameda from Saturday at 22:00 until Sunday at 12:00. On Sunday morning, starting at 06:30, Paseo de la Alameda will be closed to traffic between Pintor Peiró and Puente d’Aragó for the setup of the start and finish lines.

In Castellon, the Local Police are organizing the 5K and 10K Nutrinovex races on Sunday, November 8, starting at 09:00. The routes will pass through several central streets, including Avenida Barcelona, Avenida Villarreal, and Avenida Enrique Gimeno. Authorities have warned of temporary road closures and circulation restrictions throughout the city and recommend that citizens use alternative routes during the event.
