Valencia CF and Real Madrid manage squad changes and player fitness

Valencia CF and SC Braga are considering a player exchange involving midfielder André Almeida and striker Fran Navarro. Almeida, 26, is interested in returning to Portugal to be closer to his family as he awaits the birth of his second child. Valencia aims to reduce its wage bill, and Almeida is valued at approximately 6 million euros.

In return, Valencia seeks the return of former academy player Fran Navarro. The 28-year-old striker, currently at Braga, has scored 12 goals last season and is valued at 4 million euros. Valencia is motivated to finalize the deal to avoid competition from Sevilla.

Separately, Real Madrid is managing player fitness ahead of their match against Málaga. Midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni and forward Endrick have been training separately from the main group. Manager Jose Mourinho stated that the club will not rush Tchouaméni’s return from physical issues, emphasizing that the player must reach ‘one hundred percent’ fitness before reintegrating into the squad. Endrick is also recovering from minor muscular tendinitis.
