Valencia CF details Nou Mestalla design and seating process

Valencia CF has released technical details and a timeline regarding the transition to its new stadium, the Nou Mestalla. The club plans for the 2027-28 season to be the first hosted at the new venue.

The stadium will utilize a cardinal orientation to help fans locate seats, with sections identified as West, East, North, and South. The seating is organized into four vertical levels: the lower tier (sectors 100-141), the middle tier (200-258), the high tier (300-352), and the upper tier (400-452). A premium hospitality zone with a capacity for 6,500 people will be situated between the middle and high tiers.

The seat selection process for members will occur in three phases between October 2026 and July 2027. The first phase, running from October 14 to October 30, 2026, will allow fans to form digital groups with family or friends to secure contiguous seating. The second phase, from November 17, 2026, to late May 2027, will involve in-person seat selection at the current Mestalla stadium. The final phase in June and July 2027 will cover administrative formalization and payment for the 2027-28 season memberships.
