Valencia City Council tenders technical services for municipal theaters

The Valencia City Council has approved a tender process to secure technical assistance services for two municipal venues: Teatre El Musical (TEM) and Auditori La Mutant. The contract aims to ensure the continuity of cultural programming, including theater, dance, music, circus, and audiovisual activities.

The tender has a base budget of 603,184.79 euros, including VAT, for an initial execution period of eleven months. Scheduled to begin on January 16, 2027, the contract allows for two potential extensions.

Services covered under the agreement include comprehensive technical assistance for rehearsals, setups, and dismantling, as well as technical direction and resource coordination. Specific tasks involve managing lighting and sound equipment, electrical work, transportation, and the maintenance of stage facilities and technical materials. Additionally, the contract includes front-of-house services such as audience access, accommodation, and information services.
