Valencia Dança International Campus sets record with 153 participants

The 17th edition of the Valencia Dança International Campus has commenced at the La Petxina Sports and Cultural Complex, setting a record with 153 participants. The event brings together students, pre-professional dancers, and professionals from Spain and abroad for a twelve-day program.

Organized by the Association of Dance and Art of the Mediterranean (ADAM) in collaboration with the Hortensia Herrero Foundation, the initiative provides training and visibility for emerging talent. The Hortensia Herrero Foundation, which has supported the project for thirteen years, is providing 15 scholarships to young dancers from the Valencian Community, including five that cover accommodation and meals.

Local officials have noted that hosting the campus reinforces Valencia's role as a venue for international artistic and sporting events while fostering opportunities for local youth.
