Valencian Community hosts various cultural and historical commemorations

Various cultural and community events are scheduled across the Valencian Community. In Valencia, a historical camp at Parc Central will recreate life during the 13th-century reign of Jaume I, featuring medieval combat demonstrations, cavalry exercises, and archaeological displays to mark the anniversary of the monarch's death.

In Gandia, the city is commemorating the 750th anniversary of Jaume I's death through a program of lectures, guided tours, and music. Similarly, l’Eliana is hosting activities for the October 9th Valencian Community Day, including traditional games, music, and a cycling event.

Other local events include the III Circuit Valencià de Jonegades bullfighting final in Villena, featuring young talents from Alicante, Valencia, and Castellón. Additionally, Villena will host a Car-Free Day to promote sustainable mobility, and Albacete will hold the III Muévete Festival, an inclusive event organized by Asprona to promote social integration through music and leisure.
