Valencian Community launches industrial expansion and SME support initiatives

The Generalitat Valenciana is implementing several initiatives to bolster the industrial sector in the Valencian Community. In Castellón, the municipality of Alcalà de Xivert is offering 108,000 square meters of industrial land at the El Campaner business park to attract new investments and foster job creation. The commercialization process, managed by Ivace, remains open until March 31, 2027, offering options for land purchase or surface rights.

Additionally, the regional government has allocated 18.4 million euros to modernize 320 industrial SMEs in the province of Alicante. This investment is expected to mobilize 65.5 million euros in private capital, supporting over 10,000 existing jobs and creating approximately 384 new positions. The subsidies, part of the Inpyme 2026 call, target strategic sectors including metal, textiles, leather, plastics, and toys across 61 municipalities.
