Valencian Community schedules bullfighting festivals in Vinaròs and Valencia

The Provincial Deputation of Castellón unveiled the official poster for the II Trofeo Plaça Marinera novillada to be held in Vinaròs on 20 June 2026. The event is part of the "Toros a 1 Euro" initiative, offering tickets for €1 and free admission for children under 14 when accompanied by an adult. Sales begin 11 June at the Vinaròs bullring bar, with on‑site sales on the day of the festivity.

In Valencia, officials presented the posters for the July and October bullfighting fairs. The July Feria runs from 16 to 19 July, featuring a mix of top‑ranked matadors and a strong representation of Valencian riders, including a main appearance by Peruvian star Andrés Roca Rey. The October calendar highlights a headline event on 9 October, bringing together José Antonio Morante and Roca Rey for a high‑profile corrida. Both provincial authorities emphasised the goal of promoting local talent and reinforcing Valencia’s status as a major venue on the national bullfighting circuit.
