Valencian Government boosts housing guarantee funds to €60 million
The Valencian Institute of Finance (IVF) will raise its housing‑guarantee programme to €60 million after the initial €30 million was exhausted in six months. The expanded line will continue to back first‑time buyers, covering up to 20 % of a property's value and lifting the maximum eligible price to €311 000. Since the programme began in June 2024, more than 3 100 guarantees have been approved, benefitting 4 645 young people.
In Sevilla, Mayor José Luis Sanz unveiled the "Plan Hábitat" with an investment of about €3 million to renovate 2 071 apartments across 20 Emvisesa‑owned buildings, improving elevators, energy efficiency and accessibility.
