Valentino Rossi track experience auctioned for charity

The online auction platform Catawiki is hosting an exclusive auction that offers a motorsport enthusiast the chance to drive on a track with nine-time world champion Valentino Rossi. The winner will spend a day at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on October 1, 2026, sharing laps in a BMW M3 CS Touring during the Festival de la Velocidad de Barcelona – Legado María de Villota.

The auction package includes two VIP tickets for the festival weekend and two overnight stays at the Hotel Augusta Vallés. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to Legado María de Villota through the Primera Estrella program, which supports children and adolescents suffering from genetic neuromuscular diseases.

Valentino Rossi, a legendary figure in motorcycle racing with 115 Grand Prix victories, has transitioned to car racing following his MotoGP retirement in 2021. He is scheduled to compete in the 2026 GT World Challenge Europe with Team WRT.
