Valkyrie reveals VK 99 V2 gaming keyboard series

Valkyrie has released the full specifications for its VK 99 V2 series of mechanical gaming keyboards. The lineup features a 98-key layout and utilizes a Gasket structure with a hot-swappable PCB and a horizontally slotted PC positioning plate.

Performance is a primary focus, with both USB-C and 2.4GHz modes supporting an 8,000Hz polling rate. The company reports response times of less than 0.1ms via USB-C and 0.24ms via 2.4GHz wireless. The keyboards also support advanced functions such as SOCD, MDS, and MT.

The series includes a standard VK 99 V2 and a high-end VK 99 MAX V2. The standard model features a 10,000mAh battery and Gateron Grey Rock switches. The MAX V2 version includes a 1.47-inch vertical IPS smart display, five-sided dye-sublimated keycaps, and a larger 12,000mAh battery. Under Bluetooth connection in static core mode, the MAX V2 claims a battery life of up to 12,000 hours.
