Valle de Bravo celebrates Mexican Independence with parades and concerts

Michelle Núñez Ponce, the municipal president of Valle de Bravo, led the celebrations for the 216th anniversary of Mexico's Independence. The festivities included the 'Grito' ceremony and a civic parade featuring local schools.

The event program included a free concert by the singer Belinda. During the celebrations, Núñez Ponce drew attention for wearing a designer red dress by Fher Santos, a garment previously worn by Miss Universe Mexico contestant Fátima Bosch. Núñez Ponce clarified that the dress was not purchased but was a “beautiful collaboration” where the designer lent the piece at no cost.

Additionally, the Mayor was styled by Alfonso Waithsman for the civic parade on September 16. The municipal government organized the series of cultural and historical activities to honor national identity and traditions.
