Maximum Rooftop hosts Mexican Gastronomy Week in Santiago

Maximum Rooftop, located at the AC Hotel Santiago de los Caballeros, is hosting a Mexican Gastronomy Week titled “México desde el Corazón del Caribe” from August 25 to 30.

The event features a special menu including dishes such as aguachile sinaloense, cochinita pibil, mole poblano, and chile en nogada. The culinary experience is supported by guest chefs Jorge Martínez and Jaime Barbosa from the Sheraton Mexico City María Isabel Hotel.

In addition to the food, the week includes traditional cocktails like the Paloma and Mezcal Mule, as well as cultural activities such as the “Sounds of Mexico” live trumpet performance and a tribute brunch featuring mariachi music.
