Valle de Valdivielso to host inaugural Los Pepiteros Mountain Race

The first edition of the Los Pepiteros Mountain Race will take place on October 3, 2026, in the Valle de Valdivielso. The event, presented by the Provincial Council of Burgos, will start and end at the Puente Arenas Park in Valdivielso.

The race features a route of approximately 21 kilometers with 1,000 meters of positive elevation gain, incorporating trails, forest tracks, and technical rocky sections. The initiative was created by local youth to promote the region's natural heritage and landscape through mountain sports.
