Valleyfair Corn Fest launches weekend events in Shakopee, Minnesota

Valleyfair amusement park in Shakopee, Minnesota, is hosting a "Corn Fest" every weekend from August 15 to September 1, 2026. The event features a corn‑centered menu with items such as corn on the cob, rainbow elote, roasted corn queso fries and all‑American corn ribs, along with corn‑themed games like corn chucking and corn hole.

Mayor Shucks and the Corn Fest Committee are promoting the festival, which also includes live music by local bands and other activities in the park’s town‑square setting. The Corn Fest builds on previous years' offerings and aims to provide a late‑summer family attraction within the Twin Cities’ premier amusement venue.
