Úvalno hosts fifth annual Zelobraní cabbage festival

The fifth annual Zelobraní festival is taking place in Úvalno, celebrating local cabbage traditions. The event, hosted at Zahrada Flora, features high-quality cabbage sourced from Modřice in South Moravia.

Visitors can participate in cabbage shredding and home fermentation activities. The festival includes various culinary offerings, such as cabbage soup with sausage, roasted pork belly with cabbage, and traditional cabbage pancakes. Local producers also provide essential ingredients for pickling, including onions, dill, horseradish, and apples.
