Valor Mortis reaches break-even point one week after launch

Valor Mortis One More Level Lyrical Games Soulslike video game launch

The first-person Soulslike title Valor Mortis has reached its break-even point just seven days after its release. Developed by One More Level and published by Lyrical Games, the game launched on October 13, 2026.

Set in a dark, corrupted version of the Napoleonic Wars, the game features a narrative where players control William Dowsett, a protagonist resurrected by a mysterious substance known as Neftoglobina. The title features a high-profile voice cast, including Vincent Cassel as Napoleon Bonaparte and Jennifer English as The Shrike.

Valor Mortis is currently available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, including availability on Xbox Game Pass. A Deluxe Edition is also offered, which includes access to a planned story DLC and early cosmetic items.
