VALORANT Champions Shanghai 2026 to be held in China

Riot Games has announced that the VALORANT Champions Shanghai 2026, the concluding stage of the 2026 VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT), will take place in Shanghai, China. The tournament is scheduled to run from September 24 to October 18, 2026.

Events will be hosted at the Jing'an Sports Center and the Mercedes-Benz Arena, with the grand final set for October 18 at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. The competition format includes a Group Stage from September 24 to October 4, followed by a Playoffs stage from October 7 to October 18.

Participating teams include representatives from various regions, such as Global Esports, Nongshim RedForce, Paper Rex, and T1 from the Pacific region. Other notable contenders include Karmine Corp from EMEA, EDward Gaming from China, and NRG Esports from the Americas, alongside teams like 100 Thieves, LOUD, and Team Liquid.
