Valore D launches AI Equity Compass for responsible AI adoption
Valore D has launched the AI Equity Compass, a white paper designed to guide organizations toward the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. Introduced at the Rimini Meeting, the document serves as a practical method for companies to ensure transparency and traceability when integrating AI into business processes.
According to Cristiana Scelza, President of Valore D, the guide is structured around three core pillars: youth, responsibility, and organizational sustainability. The initiative aims to move companies from mere intention to concrete action, ensuring that people remain central to technological transformations.
The launch coincides with significant regulatory shifts in Europe. While transparency obligations under the EU AI Act became applicable on August 2, rules governing high-risk AI systems—such as those used for recruitment, performance evaluation, and promotions—have been deferred until December 2, 2027.
