Valparaíso Presidential Delegation clarifies Lobby Law meeting details

The Valparaíso Regional Presidential Delegation issued a clarification regarding a meeting registered under the Lobby Law following a report by the media outlet CIPER. The Delegation stated that the Presidential Delegate, Víctor Quiroz, did not participate in the meeting, as he was attending an official agenda involving a police committee and an Ocean Day commemoration.

The meeting was instead led by a designated official responsible for Lobby Law requests, with Carolina Arancibia and Moisés Kupermann in attendance. The Delegation noted that while internal traceability was recorded, the public web platform did not accurately reflect these details, causing confusion. Administrative measures have been ordered to update and correct the public data. The legal team is currently reviewing all records to determine appropriate administrative actions and ensure institutional transparency.
