Valparaíso Regional Council approves funding for San Antonio Bicicross Club

The Valparaíso Regional Council has approved funding for several social, elderly care, and sports development initiatives. Among these is an allocation of $19,895,457 for the Club San Antonio Bicicross.

The funds are designated for the “Copa Chile, BMX Race 2026, round 9 and 10” project, which will facilitate two rounds of the national BMX Racing championship in the San Antonio province. The event is expected to benefit 390 participants, including 350 federated riders and 40 children and adolescents who will participate in free introductory clinics. The budget will cover logistics, electronic starters, refereeing, and ambulance services.
