Valparaíso schools secure regional titles in boccia and futsal

Various regional school sports championships concluded in the Valparaíso Region. In the XXII Regional Boccia Championship for Special Schools held in La Calera, Colegio Jesús de Nazaret won the men's category, while Corporación Renacer de Viña del Mar took first place in the women's category.

In the regional futsal finals of the School Sports Games held in Valparaíso, Colegio El Melón secured the Sub-14 title after defeating Colegio Alianza de Alicahue 6-0. In the Juvenil Damas category, Colegio Canadá of Quillota won the championship with a 1-0 victory over Colegio San Antonio. Both futsal winners will advance to the national finals in Santiago scheduled for late September.
