Italian sports clubs conclude preseason tests in volleyball and basketball

Various Italian sports teams are concluding their preseason preparations across volleyball and basketball disciplines.

In volleyball, Bcc Tecbus Castellana Grotte secured a 3-0 victory against Green Volley Galatone in their first preseason test. Meanwhile, Savino Del Bene Volley defeated Omag Consolini Volley 1907 with a 3-1 scoreline. Melilli Volley also conducted a joint training session with Volley Valley Catania to improve group cohesion.

In basketball, several clubs reported preseason results. Lumos Pistoia defeated Juvi Cremona 82-79, while Dolomiti Energia Trentino overcame Nutribullet Treviso 93-90. Basket Quarrata achieved a dominant 80-49 win against BC Lucca. Sella Cento faced a loss against Montecatini, and Treviso Basket's Marcelo Nicola emphasized the transition to competitive play following their recent matches. Youth leagues also saw activity, including results from Juve Stabia's youth sectors and the KFC League for young basketball players in Padova and Rubano.
