Valsir to host third Champions Race cycling event

The third edition of the Valsir Champions Race is scheduled for Saturday, September 12. Organized by the Brescia-based company Valsir, the event brings together approximately 170 to 180 participants, including company employees and clients, to cycle alongside former professional champions.

The race will begin in Casto and follow an 80 km loop passing through Lake Idro and Bagolino. The event features a timed 10 km section climbing to the Giogo del Maniva, which includes a 1,000-meter elevation gain.

Valsir, a manufacturer of hydraulic and heating systems, has been active in cycling sponsorship since 2019, including involvement with the Giro d’Italia. The company has previously collaborated with cycling legends such as Miguel Indurain and Sonny Colbrelli.
