Sondalo hosts walking rally to promote health and prevention

Approximately 300 participants from Valtellina, Alto Lario, and Valcamonica gathered at the Cittadella dello Sport in Sondalo for a walking group rally organized by ATS della Montagna. The event focused on physical activity, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle promotion.

The program included guided walks led by motor science experts, a visit to the Sanatorium Museum, and an exhibition titled ‘A mio rischio e pericolo’ regarding pathological gambling.

The rally also served as the official launch for ‘Ottobre in Rosa 2026’, a campaign dedicated to female oncological prevention. The upcoming campaign will feature Olympic short track athletes Elisa Confortola and Luca Spechenhauser as ambassadors, using the slogan ‘Diventa anche tu campione di prevenzione’.
