Van Cleef & Arpels to launch new pink enamel Alhambra designs

Van Cleef & Arpels is expanding its iconic Alhambra collection with five new designs featuring a translucent pink enamel finish. Scheduled for 2026, the new pieces include a long necklace, necklace, pendant, bracelet, and earrings.

The vibrant pink hue is achieved through a technique inspired by the 17th-century “gold-ruby” process, utilizing fine gold particles rather than pigments to create depth and light-reflecting properties. The Alhambra motif, first introduced in 1968, is inspired by the four-leaf clover and the quatrefoil architecture of the Alhambra palace in Spain.
