Van Eck Associates increases stake in Endeavour Mining

Van Eck Associates Corporation has increased its stake in Endeavour Mining PLC. According to a TR-1 notification, the threshold for major holdings was reached on 25 August 2026.

Van Eck now holds 7.00% of the voting rights in the company, representing 16,914,782 voting rights. This is an increase from the previously notified 6.947%. The holding is comprised of various VanEck ETFs, including the VanEck Gold Miners ETF, VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF, and several other sector-specific and UCITS ETFs. Glass Lewis is acting as the proxy holder for these voting rights.
