Van Giao art exhibition opens at Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts

The exhibition ‘Van Giao - Country of Spring’ is being held at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts from September 26 to October 6. Organized by the artist's family, the Vietnam Fine Arts Association, and the museum, the event showcases 110 works created by Van Giao over a 60-year career using various materials.

In addition to his own works, the exhibition features 10 portraits of the artist painted by other artists. The event commemorates the 110th anniversary of his birth and the 30th anniversary of his passing. The collection reflects the historical journey of the country through the artist's eyes and highlights his professional philosophy of viewing art as a continuous dialogue with the public and life.
