Van Halteren Technologies acquires Mabotec and Hydroplus

Van Halteren Technologies (VHT) has acquired Mabotec BV and Hydroplus BV, following its recent acquisition of Specken Techniek. These moves are designed to expand the technological capabilities and service offerings of VHT’s operations in Boxtel and Rotterdam.

The acquisitions strengthen VHT’s position in the industrial, offshore, marine, and infrastructure markets. Mabotec BV specializes in the design and manufacture of hydraulic manifolds weighing up to 10 tons, while Hydroplus BV focuses on the design, assembly, and testing of complete hydraulic manifold systems.

This expansion aligns with VHT’s growth strategy to broaden expertise in heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders as well as electromechanical and electrohydraulic actuators (EMA/EHA). Both Mabotec and Hydroplus will maintain their specific specialisms and operational locations within the broader VHT organization.
