Van Metropolitan Municipality announces 3.1 billion TL land sale

Van Metropolitan Municipality has announced the sale of 19 plots of land intended for residential and commercial development. The total estimated value of the properties is approximately 3.11 billion TL.

The plots are distributed across two districts: 17 are located in the Kıyıcak region of Edremit, suitable for housing, while 2 are located in the Şerefiye neighborhood of İpekyolu, designated for commercial and mixed-use purposes. The highest-valued single parcel is located in İpekyolu, with an estimated price of 260 million TL.

The auction is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Van Metropolitan Municipality Council Meeting Hall. For the properties in the Kıyıcak neighborhood, a payment plan allowing for 12 installments is available, requiring a 25 percent down payment.
