Van real estate sales announced by municipality and TOKİ

Van Metropolitan Municipality has initiated a tender process for the sale of 12 properties, including commercial units within the Van Mall shopping center on Cumhuriyet Street. The auction is scheduled for November 2, 2026. The sale includes various commercial and residential properties in the İpekyolu district, with estimated values reaching hundreds of millions of Turkish Liras. Specifically, a 5,383.11 square meter commercial property has an estimated price of 260 million TL, while certain units on the fifth floor of Van Mall will be sold as a single lot.

Separately, the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) has announced land sales across 61 provinces, including Van. In Van, five plots of land located in the Bakımlı and Süphan neighborhoods of the Edremit district will be auctioned on November 5–6, 2026. These plots range from approximately 602 to 1,369 square meters. TOKİ is offering payment options including down payments of 20% or 25% with 48-month installments, or a 15% discount for full cash payments.
