VANA releases new single and music video ‘Bleeding Heart’

Auckland-based industrial alt-pop artist VANA has released a new single and music video titled ‘Bleeding Heart’ through Sumerian Records. The track explores the parallel between the lifecycle of the bleeding heart flower and the fragile nature of human emotion, set within a dark fantasy and gothic visual mythology.

The release follows previous singles ‘Pray’ and ‘In Your Name’ and serves as a precursor to her forthcoming debut album. VANA, who signed with Sumerian Records in 2025, is currently preparing for a series of US performances, including appearances at Riot Fest and Louder Than Life, as well as joining the Taste Of Chaos tour starting September 22.

This follows a successful period for the artist, which included a sold-out Australian tour and her first US headline run, The Lady In Red Tour, which sold over 15,000 tickets.
