Vancouver Bandits Reach Western Finals in CEBL Playoffs

The Vancouver Bandits defeated the Edmonton Stingers 92‑83 in the Western Conference semifinal of the Canadian Elite Basketball League, securing a spot in the western finals. The game was played at the Envision Financial Court in Langley, with a sold‑out crowd that energized the home team.

General manager Kyle Julius, who had stepped away to coach in China earlier in the season, returned to the sidelines for the victory. Mychal Mulder hit a decisive three‑pointer late in the fourth quarter, while Shamar Givance led Vancouver with 20 points, seven assists and four rebounds. Mitch Creek and Tyrese Samuel each posted double‑doubles, and Tevin Brown added 19 points. Edmonton’s Nick Hornsby was the only Stingers player to score over 20.

The win moves Vancouver into the western finals of the CEBL playoffs.
