Vancouver cafes announce extensions and rebrands

Vancouver's cafe scene is seeing both extensions and rebrands. Unscripted Coffee, a sister-run pop-up located on Granville Street near Waterfront Station, has announced it will extend its operations through the end of 2026. Originally intended as a short-term summer pop-up, the business reported serving over 10,000 customers and more than 17,000 drinks during its first two months.

Additionally, a new cafe named Start to Finish Cafe is launching inside the Progression Bouldering Gym. This project is a rebrand of the former PBG Cafe, aimed at creating a versatile community space for climbers and professionals alike. The menu will feature sandwiches, rice bowls, and specialty coffee from FUNK Roastery, alongside alcoholic beverages.
