Vancouver Whitecaps defeat Real Salt Lake 3-0

The Vancouver Whitecaps secured a 3-0 victory against Real Salt Lake in Utah, extending their lead at the top of the MLS Western Conference. Following a recent exit from the Canadian Championship, Vancouver responded with a dominant performance featuring goals from Brian White and Thomas Müller, while recent signing Yadaly Diaby contributed both a goal and an assist.

The loss extends Real Salt Lake’s winless streak in MLS to 12 matches. The home side faces significant roster challenges due to injuries, including a season-ending torn meniscus for Diego Luna.
