VanEck launches China semiconductor UCITS ETF in Europe

Asset manager VanEck has launched the VanEck China Semiconductor UCITS ETF, providing investors with targeted exposure to the Chinese semiconductor industry. The fund is listed on Euronext Milan and German exchanges.

The ETF aims to track the MarketVector China Semiconductor 10% Capped Screened Index. This index includes companies that generate at least 50% of their revenue from semiconductors or semiconductor equipment. The product is designed to offer a ‘pure play’ investment in a sector critical to the development of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.
