French singer and actress Vanessa Paradis has spoken out against certain fan behaviors, describing being followed in the street and filmed without consent as “harassment” and “of an incredible violence.” In an interview with Madame Figaro, the 53-year-old artist expressed frustration with individuals who act as if celebrity access is a right, stating, “I don’t like being followed in the street and being filmed without my knowledge.”

Paradis also addressed her relationship with social media, noting that she does not post content herself and views Instagram as a “pit” that offers little personal growth. As she prepares for a sold-out concert at the Accor Arena in Paris on November 17, she emphasized that she is not a “selfie dispenser” for those seeking quick photos with famous figures.
