Vanessa Trump announces she is cancer-free

Vanessa Trump, the 48-year-old former model and ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., has announced that she is cancer-free following a six-month battle with invasive ductal carcinoma. The news was shared via a video on her daughter Kai Trump’s YouTube and Instagram channels, where Trump revealed that a recent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan showed no signs of the disease.

During the announcement, Trump discussed the challenges of her diagnosis, noting that extreme fatigue was one of her earliest symptoms. She explained that she felt exhausted for approximately six months prior to her diagnosis, a symptom she noted is often overlooked or dismissed as a normal part of daily life for mothers. She also mentioned experiencing unusual arm pain caused by tumor growth affecting the nerves.

Her treatment included a lumpectomy to remove the tumor and surrounding tissue, followed by radiation therapy. To mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Trump is using her platform to advocate for early detection and regular medical screenings. She encouraged women to prioritize their health and suggested supporting the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
