Vanessa Weiser eliminated from The Voice of Germany

Singer Vanessa Weiser and duet partner Benjamin Bieck have been eliminated from The Voice of Germany following the Battles round. The duo performed the song ‘Unter die Haut’, but failed to secure a spot in the Team Fights.

Coach Shirin David, who had selected both performers for her team, decided not to advance either contestant. David noted that the duo lacked the necessary presence to move forward. Guest judge Sarah Engels observed that while the connection between Weiser and Bieck was beautiful, the performance felt overly rehearsed and did not meet her expectations. Juror Rea Garvey also commented on a perceived lack of performance energy.
