Vanguard Digital unveils Cumberland hyper-productive flatbed printer

Vanguard Digital Printing Systems, a Durst Group company, has unveiled Cumberland, a new hyper-productive flatbed printer, at the 2026 PRINTING United Expo. The machine is designed for various applications, including signage, displays, packaging, décor, and industrial uses.

Key technical features include the HyperVQ Printhead Array, which utilizes up to three rows of Kyocera printheads to enhance productivity and image quality. The printer can reach speeds of up to 6,588 square feet per hour or 164 boards per hour. Additional features include a redesigned control software interface, a Multi-board Mode for high-efficiency printing, and CMYK ink with optional white and varnish channels.
