Vanguard FTSE All-World ETF maintains market lead amid fee competition

Vanguard's FTSE All-World UCITS ETF continues to see significant capital inflows despite increasing competition in the European ETF market. While the fund recently lowered its total expense ratio (TER) to 0.14 percent, rivals such as BlackRock and DWS have launched competing products tracking the same index with lower fees of 0.12 percent.

Despite this pricing pressure, Vanguard maintains its market leadership in Europe with approximately 76.8 billion USD in assets under management. The fund has seen substantial growth, with inflows exceeding 18 billion USD since the beginning of the year. Investors appear to be prioritizing the fund's established history, liquidity, and scale over the marginal cost savings offered by newer competitors.

Regarding distributions, the next payout date for the distributing version of the ETF remains unconfirmed, though the fund maintains a stable structure with no immediate plans for fee changes or mergers.
