Vanguard FTSE All-World ETF nears 52-week high amid strong inflows
The Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF USD Accumulation has seen significant capital inflows in Europe, trading near its 52-week high of 171.80 Euro. The fund has recorded an 18 percent return since the beginning of the year.
Market performance has been influenced by macroeconomic factors, including fluctuating oil prices, rising bond yields, and inflation concerns. A weak US employment report, which showed only 29,000 new jobs outside of agriculture, helped alleviate fears of further interest rate hikes, driving a recovery in global equity markets.
Investors appear to be utilizing broad index products as a hedge against individual sector risks. Despite recent volatility driven by energy costs and geopolitical tensions, the fund remains positioned well above its 200-day average.
