Vanguard launches new UK ETFs as Corporate Travel Management returns to profit

Vanguard has launched three new exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the UK market with competitive fee structures. The new products include the Vanguard FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF with a 0.07% fee, the Vanguard FTSE Global Small-Cap UCITS ETF at 0.22%, and the Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-U.S. UCITS ETF at 0.12%. The global all-cap fund provides access to over 7,000 companies, while the ex-U.S. fund offers diversification by excluding the American market.

Separately, Corporate Travel Management Ltd (ASX: CTD) reported a return to profitability for fiscal year 2026. The company posted a net profit after tax of $17.7 million, a significant recovery from an FY25 loss of $348.5 million. Underlying EBITDA rose 36% to $113.6 million, supported by a 13% increase in transaction volumes. The company also secured a $175 million funding package and appointed Stewart Harvey as the new CEO for the UK and Europe.
